Linux

Various updaters exist for the most Linux / Unix / BSD Systems, e.g. inadyn, ez-ipupdate or ddclient.

Important for the establishment:
 Update-URL members.feste-ip.net
and:
Update-log DynDNS bzw. DynDNS2.

You get host name, user (HOST-ID) and password directly after creating the hosts in your account.

You can also refresh the host name with the script via cure or wget.

curl "http://HOST-ID:HOST-PASSWORT@members.feste-ip.net/nic/update?hostname=HOSTNAME"

If your implementation supports SSL, you can also send the updates via HTTPS.
